Where and how ?
Practice from the comfort of your home, your favorite spot, or online via Zoom. If you’re based in Dubai, I also offer in-person sessions. You choose what suits your schedule and lifestyle.
⏱ Class length
Each session lasts between 60 and 75 minutes, depending on your preference
What to expect
Classes can be dynamic and flow-based (Vinyasa) or focused on deep stretching and strengthening . We will adapt the style to your needs. Every class includes the full spectrum of yoga: asanas, pranayama, meditation, and guided relaxation.
