My yoga classes are dynamic and powerful, yet always gentle and respectful of the body.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, my approach is accessible to EVERY BODY and encourages all shapes and personalities to the mat.

Yoga is not only a physical practice but is where movement is guided by the breath, awareness becomes a companion, and spirituality softly finds its place. In my classes, I invite you to explore strength and softness, discipline and compassion, always with kindness at the heart of the practice.
