From 5 to 11 years old
These playful yoga classes are all about having fun while planting the seeds of mindfulness.
Through games, creative movement, songs, dancing, breathing exercises, and moments of quiet, children explore yoga in a joyful and accessible way.
Every class is an adventure where imagination meets movement, always guided by the principles of yoga.
This is a wonderful space for kids to build confidence, develop body awareness, and learn to recognize and express their emotions. We nurture joy, kindness, and the ability to pause, helping them grow with a strong and happy foundation.
Classes are usually grouped by age (5 to 7 years and 8 to 11 years) to better adapt the content to each child’s stage of development.
These kids yoga classes usually take place in a villa in Umm Suqeim 2 or at your own house (4 to 6 kids) upon availabilities. You can create a group with your kid’s mates, friends, neighbors.
The earlier we start nurturing those seeds of awareness, joy, and confidence, the more they bloom as we grow.
FROM 12 TO 17 years old
These teenagers’ yoga classes are designed to support young people during a transformative period of their lives, a time of big changes, growing independence, and often, growing pressure.
Yoga becomes a space to pause, away from screens, school stress, and social pressure.

At this stage, classes begin to look like a regular vinyasa class, offering teens a structured yet enjoyable practice they can connect with. During the 60 minutes class we explore movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance, but also stillness, breathwork, and meditation to cultivate focus, reduce stress, and connect inward.
Through a regular practice in a supportive environment, teens build body awareness, emotional intelligence, and the resilience to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence, creativity, and a strong sense of self.
These teens yoga classes usually take place in a compound in Umm Suqeim 2 or at your own place (you can create a group with your child’s mates, friends, neighbors, etc.)
Yoga becomes a discipline young people choose to stick with because it remains fun, accessible, and grounded in mindfulness.
