A special moment to bond, move together, and create connection through shared breath and mindful movement.

These classes are about moving, breathing, laughing, discovering and having fun together. You’ll share a hobby, build memories, and show your child the importance of pausing, taking care of oneself, and enjoying quality time with loved ones.

Practicing yoga together with your child is a beautiful way to slow down and reconnect.

In our busy lives, it’s easy to rush from one thing to the next, but sharing this time on the mat creates space for presence, play, and real connection.

Classes are usually grouped by age (5-7, 8-11 and 12+ years old) to better adapt the content to each child’s stage of development, and are practiced together with a parent.

You can also book a private session for you and your child.

Because sometimes, the best thing we can offer is simply our full presence.
