Vinyasa Yoga

Breath & flow

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing style of yoga where movement is synchronized with the breath. It builds on sequences inspired by sun salutations and evolves into creative flows that help develop strength, flexibility, and focus.
Each class becomes a moving meditation, where the breath guides you through transitions and anchors you in the present moment.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, each pose and pace is adapted to your unique body and needs. In class, you can expect a mix of quiet and challenging moments, playful movement, and fluid transitions. We always take time for rest and integration (thanks to the greatest poses ever: Child’s pose and Savasana), allowing the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice

Vinyasa is perfect if you’re looking for a pause in your fast-paced life: a quiet, grounded moment to slow down, while still embracing a healthy dose of challenge.

My classes are always designed to support you on an energetic, spiritual, and physical level.
Go for a private session and/or join a group class. You can also open a group class (min 4 people).

Private session

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, private classes offer a space entirely dedicated to you: your pace, your needs, your goals.

When we’re engaged (mind, body, and breath), we tap into what psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi called a state of flow: a deep focus that feels effortless and joyful. In this space, we’re not practicing for external goals or perfection, we’re simply present, and that presence becomes its own reward. Flow brings clarity, creativity, and a natural motivation that carries into everyday life.

Group Class

These yoga classes in group are open to anyone with the desire to move, breathe, and explore yoga in a way that feels dynamic yet always respectful of the body. You’re welcome to join an existing group or gather a few friends and create your own.

With small groups of 4 to 10 students, there’s space for real connection and for me to truly support, guide and hold that space that everyone needs.

Yoga is a journey that unfolds with time, regular practice, and an open heart. A little commitment is all it takes to start seeing the shifts on your mat and far beyond it.

Testimonials

“I can’t quite put into words how much Cecile’s yoga classes have meant to me. Every week, no matter what was going on,I looked forward to that special time on the mat. I rarely missed a class, not because I had to, but because I genuinely didn’t want to. Cecile has a beautiful way of holding space, she’s so gentle, so present and always attuned to what we need. She knows when to support and when to gently challenge, without ever pushing. Somehow, she helped me grow in my practice without it ever feeling like pressure.”
“Even though I’m not usually into yoga (repetition and holding poses feel uncomfortable for me), I discovered with Cécile a sense of flow, circulation, and a magical connection to myself. For me, it was always a powerful moment of relaxation and release. Cécile, your posture, your body, your voice, your attentions (I loved the scents, the touch, the cards at the end) made the experience truly memorable. I’m definitely up for doing this remotely again and again. Thank you 🙏 Cécile for such a mind-opening experience. More to come 🤩”
“Thank you for teaching yoga with such an amazing passion. I love the way you built the lessons with soul, professionalism and creativity. Lessons are never the same and I feel stronger and stronger in my yoga journey next to you”
“I’ve had the chance to practice yoga with Cécile for several years, and her classes are very inspiring. Each flow is beautifully crafted, building strength, encouraging deep stretches, and creating a sense of grounding. I always leave her class feeling more aligned, calm, and centered. My daughters have also taken her kids yoga classes, which have been very helpful in supporting their emotional regulation, self-confidence, and ability to collaborate with others. Cécile brings lots of joy, calm, and kindness to everything she does. I wholeheartedly recommend her classes to anyone seeking balance, strength, and inner peace.”
“I’ve had the chance to join several of her classes, and each one left me feeling both relaxed and re-energized. As a swimmer, I was looking for a mix of deep stretching and muscle reinforcement, and she struck that balance perfectly. She’s a fantastic listener, attentive to each person’s needs and limits and she adapts the practice in a way that feels personal and supportive. Whether it’s a class with men, women, or children, she brings a sense of calm, focus, and fun. The sessions are interactive, fluid, and deeply restorative. Highly recommended!”
